OUPS supports all the compulsory OU modules for the named BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology:

DSE212 Exploring Psychology.

OUPS offers a "Taster Weekend" for students thinking about, or who have just registered to study this course and start in October. Run in September, alongside our Revision Weekend for other courses, it is an ideal opportunity to meet other students and get a feel for what psychology and study with the OU is about. The OUPS Revision Weekend for DSE212 is run in early May every year (approximately four weeks before the exam).

The other core modules for Psychology have different start dates to DSE212, usually starting in January every year:

ED209 Child Development.

SD226 Biological Psychology: exploring the brain.

DD303 Cognitive Psychology.

DD307 Social Psychology: critical perspectives on self and others.

For these courses (except DD303, which incorporates an OU Residential School) OUPS offers a Mini Summer School Weekend in July and a Revision Weekend in September.

OUPS aims to support DSE232 Applying Psychology and other new Psychology courses in the near future.
