1. What arrangements are being made to make the weekend COVID-Secure ?
Safety of all attendees as well as all Warwick Conferences staff is the top priority for this event, and all other arrangements are secondary. We will update this FAQ as more details become available, so please check back if you have any concerns.

2. Do I need a "COVID passport" ?
No, you do not need proof of vaccination or of a negative COVID test to attend this event.
However all visitors to Warwick Conferences are encouraged to carry out a lateral flow test prior to visiting unless they have a NHS Covid Pass. More information can be found on www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests and www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result.Lateral flow tests are available at the venue if required (contact reception).
You will be asked to provide contact details for the government Track & Trace system when you check-in to the venue.
3. Do I need to wear a mask ?
We encourage the use of face coverings whilst moving around the building. Face coverings are not required when food & drink is being consumed.
4. Will the sessions be recorded ?
No, we are not recording any sessions at this event.
