About the event
For students studying DD310: Counselling and Forensic Psychology.
DD310 tackles some of the most thought-provoking and challenging areas of psychology. With its focus on counselling, crime, and therapy, the material can sometimes feel heavy and complex. As you know, each of the module TMAs requires a distinct approach - from essays to critical evaluations, formulations, and writing for different audiences. This weekend is designed to help you see the bigger picture, connect the themes across the module, and approach your studies with clarity and confidence.
You’ll gain practical guidance on how the chapters fit together, how to apply key concepts, and how to prepare for both your TMAs and EMA. Just as importantly, you’ll do this in a supportive and understanding environment, alongside fellow students who share your journey.
By the end of the weekend, you will:
Consolidate your knowledge across DD310 themes and approaches
