Positive Psychology Workshop

NEW EVENT: "Positive Psychology: Theory and Practice Workshop"

This practical workshop will explore various ways in which the science of positive psychology can be used to enhance participants’ happiness, wellbeing and life satisfaction. Tutors Jim Handley (an occupational psychologist) and Neil Frude (a clinical psychologist) have an impressive record of teaching and training in several Universities (including the OU) and have delivered a number of innovative OUPS courses over the past 20 years. This September, for the first time, they will run a weekend workshop focusing on a major branch of psychology – Positive Psychology – that continues to grow in importance and application.

This workshop is open to everyone – you don’t need to be an OU student or have a background in psychology to attend. Whether you're simply curious, a member of the public, or a practitioner looking to explore positive psychology, you're very welcome to join us
