Speaker: Lauren Dolby


We’re excited to continue our OUPS Webinar Series with a session focused on the unique challenges faced by women during the menopause transition and how low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can be tailored to meet their needs. Mental health impacts of menopause are often overlooked, with symptoms such as anxiety, panic, and low self-esteem treated in isolation rather than as interconnected experiences.


Our speaker, Lauren Dolby, as a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with a particular interest in the intersection of menopause, anxiety, and self-esteem. In her clinical work, Lauren frequently supports peri- and menopausal women presenting with these concerns. Drawing on existing research , this talk will explore how CBT techniques and psychoeducation can be adapted to improve outcomes for this population.
